Getting Started with dxFeed & Volumetrica (Plus ATAS and Quantower)

You will receive an email from Halcyon Trader Funding with your DXfeed account credentials. Depending on your email settings, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

The email will look similar to the following:

Overview

At Halcyon Trader Funding, we offer full support for dxFeed—a premium market data provider—compatible with several professional-grade trading platforms. Whether you’re new to futures or an experienced trader, dxFeed gives you access to powerful tools, reliable data, and seamless execution.

Supported platforms include:

Platform Setup and Access

Once you choose your account type, account size, and select dxFeed as your data provider during checkout, you’ll receive an email containing:

• Your platform login credentials

• dxFeed subscription information

• Setup instructions for your chosen platform

• A self-certification form to declare your trader status (professional or non-professional)

Important: Most users (99%) will elect non-professional status during the certification process.

Once your subscription and agreements are complete, you'll have full access to your selected trading platform.

Recommended Platform: Volumetrica

Volumetrica offers the most robust integration with dxFeed, combining intuitive design with advanced order flow analytics.

 Quantower is a modern trading terminal offering multi-asset support and highly customizable features.

• Full dxFeed integration out of the box

Both ATAS and Quantower are fully supported when dxFeed is selected. No additional setup fees are required. However, traders must have their own user license for these platforms, as Halcyon Trader Funding does not provide platform licenses.

Data Subscriptions

When selecting Level 1 market data through dxFeed, you’ll receive access to your chosen platform without any additional cost.

Level 2 Access (Optional)

If you require Level 2 market data (full order book depth), please:

1. Submit a support ticket through your Trader Dashboard

2. Request a Level 2 upgrade

3. Complete payment for applicable exchange fees

Level 2 access is not included by default and must be added separately.
