Evaluation Accounts at Halcyon Trader Funding

At Halcyon Trader Funding, our Evaluation Accounts are designed to help traders learn, practice, and prove their skills in futures trading without the pressure of recurring fees or strict time limits.

We offer the following Account sizes:

  • No consistency rule or daily loss limits on any plan

  • DCA: Dollar-Cost Averaging is allowed

  • Market data access is included with every account

  • Reset fee of $89 applies if you want to reset your evaluation account

Evaluation Accounts are perfect for traders who want to build consistency and confidence in a simulated trading environment before moving on to funded trading.

  • Lower Cost: Evaluation Accounts offer an affordable option for traders who are new to futures trading or refining their strategies but want to trade in real market conditions.

Passing Criteria

To successfully pass your Evaluation Account, you must:

  • Meet the specified profit target for your chosen account size.

  • Complete a minimum of 1 trading day.


What Happens After Passing?

Once you pass your Evaluation Account, you’ll be eligible to upgrade to a Funded Account and start trading with the ability to earn real rewards.


How to Check Your Evaluation Status

  • Log in to your Trader Dashboard

  • Refresh your account report page.

  • Your Evaluation Account results will be displayed there.
    Note: During periods of high market volatility, report updates may be delayed. Some data providers may only update one time per day, typically at session pause from 5pmEST-6pmEST.
