How to Reset a Failed Account
If your Halcyon Trader Funding account has failed, you can reset it directly from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to complete the reset process.
Step-by-Step Instructions:

Log into your Halcyon Trader Funding account
Visit www.halcyontraderfunding.com and sign in using your email and password. -
Go to the Futures Dashboard
Once logged in, navigate to the Futures Dashboard from your account menu. -
Locate the Failed Account

In the dashboard, open the account status dropdown.

Select “Failed Accounts” from the list.

Failed accounts will appear highlighted in red for easy identification.

Reset the Account

Find the account you want to reset.

Click the “Reset” option next to the account name.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete the reset.
