6. LIMITATIONS

One mail-in entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced or third-party submissions. Late, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void. All entries become Sponsor property.

7. DRAWING & PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or around August 16, 2025.
Grand Prize: One (1) Apple MacBook Pro 14‑inch (approximate retail value: $1,999). Odds depend on total entries.

Winner will be notified by email or phone and must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. Unresponsive or non-compliant winners will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.

8. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

Sweepstakes entrants accept these Official Rules. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within three (3) days. For U.S. resident winners: IRS Form W-9 required for prize value ≥ $600. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winners grant Halcyon permission to use their name, likeness, city/state, and prize details for promotional use without additional compensation, in all media formats, unless prohibited.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIABILITY RELEASE

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes for fraud or technical issues. Released parties are not liable for lost or damaged entries, typographical errors, failed communications, or unauthorized access. By entering, participants release the Sponsor and Administrator from any claims arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.

11. DISPUTES

By entering, participants agree that any disputes will be governed by Michigan law without conflict of law rules, and resolved on an individual basis in state or federal court in Michigan. Entrants waive rights to class action claims and punitive damages.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any rule provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions stay effective.

13. SCAM ALERT: Halcyon Trader Funding will never ask winners for payment info or charge any fees to claim a prize. Winner notifications will come only from the Sponsor or Administrator via email or phone provided during entry. If asked for financial or sensitive info to claim the prize, it is a scam—do not comply.
