All accounts offered by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC are one time fee purchases and are not subject to automatic or recurring billing cycles like subscription plans. Accounts are purchased for a single upfront fee and may or may not require additional fees to upgrade if the user successfully completes certain stages. The user acknowledges that there is no cancellation button on the dashboard or website because accounts are not subscription based and do not carry recurring charges, therefore cancellation is not applicable.
All sales are final. All sales of accounts, reset fees, upgrade fees, and any other fees associated with trading accounts are NON REFUNDABLE with no exceptions. No refund will ever be issued by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC or any of its vendors for any services provided at any time under any circumstances. Any user who registers and submits an order for any account, reset, or product listed on this website, whether intentionally or claimed to be unintentional, agrees that there will be no refund and no chargeback or fraudulent claim filed with any financial institution or payment provider used for any transaction.
By signing up, the user understands and agrees that there are NO REFUNDS and that billing occurs immediately on the day and time of signup. There is no cancellation option because there is no subscription period and all accounts are one time fees charged in full at purchase. Upon purchase, the user acknowledges that accounts may or may not be subject to additional upgrade charges depending on the original account selected. There are no partial refunds or refunds of any kind.
Accounts remain active through the end of the 28 day period, after which they will be disabled if the user chooses not to continue using the account and service, and any account inactive for more than 28 days will be disabled. The user agrees there is no cancellation option on the website, dashboard, trading platforms, or any other area associated with purchased accounts and acknowledges there is no feasible reason to cancel given the one time charge nature of the service.
The user agrees not to dispute any charges, and any dispute or chargeback will result in all associated accounts being immediately forfeited back to the company, all access to the website, platforms, and services being revoked immediately, and a permanent ban from the company's services. Any disputes will result in all company attorney fees being added to the amount owed, and any unpaid balances may result in a ban from the company and future transactions until the user makes the company whole for all outstanding amounts owed.
