Chargeback Policy

By purchasing any products or services from Halcyon Trader Funding LLC, you agree to this No Chargeback Policy and acknowledge that you will not initiate a chargeback through your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for any reason, as any attempt to reverse a transaction via chargeback constitutes a violation of this agreement.

In the event that a chargeback is initiated by you or any party associated with your account, Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the right to immediately and permanently close all accounts associated with you and liquidate any outstanding balances. If you hold any accounts at the time of the chargeback, any and all profits in those accounts will be forfeited to cover fees, penalties, administrative costs, and any other expenses associated with the chargeback attempt, and you expressly agree that the company may retain any and all profits in excess of the amount required to cover such costs.

This policy applies to all accounts, memberships, subscriptions, live brokerage accounts, trading accounts, and any other services provided. Any user found attempting a chargeback will be permanently banned from all services offered by Halcyon Trader Funding LLC and will be denied access to any future services, products, or accounts, with no ability to circumvent or reverse the ban.

In the case that a chargeback is filed, Halcyon Trader Funding LLC reserves the right to recover the full cost of all associated fees, including but not limited to chargeback fees, administrative fees, processing penalties, legal fees, and any related costs, directly from the account holder. The company further reserves the right to liquidate any and all accounts linked to the user, including live brokerage accounts, suspend or forfeit any remaining balances or credits, close accounts, terminate active trading accounts or memberships, and revoke any purchased items or access to services without refund.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Chargeback Policy, and you agree that it forms part of the company's Terms of Service and is legally binding upon confirmation of your order.
