Halcyon Trader Funding operates as a facilitator, offering traders the opportunity to trade in live markets with real capital. We provide a platform and resources for traders to use, but all trades are placed and processed through third-party, fully regulated brokers and data providers. These brokers are responsible for executing orders and maintaining the integrity of the market. As such, Halcyon Trader Funding does not engage in direct market-making or trade execution, ensuring that all transactions are conducted transparently and according to established industry standards. This setup aligns with all applicable regulatory requirements and is fully legal under the current financial regulations.
The National Futures Association (NFA) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) do not require that Halcyon Trader Funding, or any futures funding firm, be a part of any specific organization. However, we take regulation and compliance very seriously, which is why we only partner with regulated brokers and CME-approved data providers, such as IronBeam, CQG Rithmic, to execute all trades. This ensures that all customers, across all phases of our programs, can have peace of mind knowing that Halcyon Trader Funding never touches, fills, manipulates, delays, or acts as the counterparty for any trades.
