Managing Your Prediction Account

This article explains how to manage your Halcyon Trader Funding prediction account, including subscription billing, account reloads and resets, cancellations, and account access.

Subscription Billing

Prediction accounts are accessed through a monthly subscription based on the account type selected during registration. An active subscription is required to maintain access to your prediction account. It must remain active for the account to stay eligible for reward status, progression, and withdrawal access.

If a subscription is canceled, the associated prediction account is closed immediately and all progression, qualification status, and reward eligibility tied to that subscription are forfeited, as each subscription represents a single continuous account lifecycle.

Your subscription includes:

• Access to the prediction platform
• Access to your prediction account
• Access to available prediction markets
• Access to account dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Continued participation throughout all stages of the account lifecycle

Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

One Account Per User

Each user is limited to one prediction account. Halcyon Trader Funding does not permit multiple active accounts under the same user. This helps maintain a consistent experience and prevents duplicate account activity.

Account Reloads

Users may reload their prediction account when the balance falls below its original starting balance, restoring capital up to the original account funding level. Reloads cannot exceed the original starting balance.

Reloads can only be performed when all active predictions are closed and no outcomes are pending. Reloads restore trading capacity without affecting account history, progression, or subscription status. Reload pricing is dynamic and may increase based on how often reloads are used. Available options (partial, tiered, or full reloads) are shown in the dashboard.

Account Reset

An account reset is different from a reload.

A reset restarts the account completely, including progression and evaluation status, while keeping the same subscription billing cycle active. Unlike reloads, resets do not preserve account progress and begin a new account lifecycle under the same subscription.

Important Information:

Prediction Accounts may only be reset or reloaded after the account balance falls below its original starting balance. Accounts that remain at or above their original starting balance are not eligible for a reset or reload. Once the account balance drops below the original starting balance, you may purchase a reset or reload at any time, subject to the current program rules. Resets and reloads are not available for accounts that are at or above their original starting balance.

Subscription Cancellation & New Subscriptions

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the dashboard.

Once canceled, account access is revoked immediately and the prediction account is closed, ending all progression, qualification status, and reward eligibility tied to that subscription.

Only one active subscription is allowed per user.

Users may purchase a new subscription after cancellation. Each new subscription is treated as a new account lifecycle, meaning no previous progress, milestones, or history will carry over.

Dashboard Tracking

The prediction dashboard provides a central view of account activity and progress.

Users can track:

• Account balance
• Prediction history
• Current progression status
• Completed milestones
• Reward eligibility progress
• Available account actions

Dashboard updates continuously as activity occurs, allowing users to track progress throughout their prediction journey.
