The profit target described under each account represents the dollar amount above the original starting balance that an account must reach to pass. For example, a 50k account size has a profit target of $3,000. This means the trader must reach a total account balance of $53,000 to pass the account. In other words, add the profit target to the original starting balance of your trading account, and that is the total account value you must achieve to pass.
