Trader Rewards – Rise Pay Processing

At Halcyon Trader Funding, all trader rewards are processed exclusively through Rise Pay (Riseworks.io), a secure global payment platform designed for efficient and reliable reward transfers.

We partner with Rise to ensure fast, safe, and consistent transactions for traders worldwide.

Reward Processing Policy

You may continue trading your account after submitting a reward request. Reward requests are processed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and typically take 5–7 business days to complete. We make every effort to keep reward processing as efficient as possible, and the status of your request will be updated throughout the review period.

A reward is not considered fully processed until it is marked as “Completed.” Until that time, you must maintain all required account conditions. If, during the processing period, your account falls below required buffers, the account balance is reduced below the minimum needed for the requested reward amount, or the account is failed, the reward request will be marked as Invalid.

Please ensure sufficient funds and compliance with all account rules are maintained at all times until the reward request is marked as Completed.

How It Works

1. Once your first reward request is confirmed, you will receive an email invitation to join Halcyon Trader Funding (listed as Halcyon Trader Funding LLC) as a contractor through Rise.

2. If you don’t already have a Rise account, you’ll be guided through the setup and verification process during onboarding. You may also register directly at https://pay.riseworks.io/sign-up.

Steps to Complete Your Setup:

• Accept the invitation from Rise via email.

• Click “Get Started” and follow the instructions to complete your account and verification.

• Once verified, rewards can be sent directly to your bank account.

Processing Time

• Rewards are typically processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation.

• Processing times may vary depending on account verification status.

Compliance & Verification

• To maintain the integrity of the reward process, all traders must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification through Rise.

• Verification may include identity confirmation and linking a bank account.

• All reward recipients must complete Rise onboarding and KYC verification.

• Any associated fees are the responsibility of the trader and will be deducted from each reward.
