One-Time Account Purchase
All Halcyon accounts are purchased with a one-time fee, meaning there are no subscriptions, monthly billing, or automatic rebilling. If you do not pass an account, you will need to purchase a reset to restart your evaluation. Since there are no subscriptions associated with our trading accounts, there are also no automatic resets and no need to “cancel” accounts. Traders have 60 calendar days from the date an account is started to successfully pass the evaluation. Accounts that are not passed within this 60-day window will expire and be removed from the system. In addition, traders must place at least one trade every 30 calendar days to maintain active status. Accounts with no trading activity for more than 30 calendar days will be considered inactive and may be disabled.

Evaluation Account Resets
If a trader fails an evaluation, they can reset the account at any time through the Halcyon Trader Dashboard. A reset provides a fresh account balance, a full drawdown, and all risk parameters restored to their original levels. This effectively gives traders a completely new start at a slightly reduced rate compared to purchasing a brand-new account. In other words, a reset allows you to start over as if the previous attempt never happened, giving you another chance to succeed without the full expense of a new evaluation.
