Ultra Accounts – Reward Policy and Guidelines: Ultra Sim Brokerage (legacy account holders only)

Halcyon Trader Funding’s Ultra Accounts offer high-capacity, high-reward opportunities for advanced traders seeking maximum earning potential and full reward ownership. Ultra Accounts provide complete flexibility and transparent access to earned rewards, without any profit-sharing deductions.

Evaluation Completion & Account Upgrade

Once you successfully complete your Ultra Account evaluation phase—by reaching your profit target and completing 10 actual trading days—your account is automatically upgraded to an Ultra Sim Brokerage Account.

  • No additional fees are required for this upgrade.

  • This transition marks the beginning of your reward eligibility period.

At this stage, you can begin:

  • Earning real rewards based on your trading performance

  • Accumulating qualified trading days toward future reward disbursements

Important:
Rewards are only eligible for withdrawal from an Ultra Sim Brokerage Account. Evaluation phase accounts are not eligible for any reward disbursement until the upgrade is completed.

This structure ensures that only traders who have demonstrated consistency and profitability can access the reward system, while providing a seamless path from evaluation to funded trading.

Reward Eligibility and Frequency

Minimum Reward Amount: $500
All reward requests must meet a $500 minimum to ensure processing efficiency and maintain the integrity of the reward system.

Reward Frequency:
Rewards may be requested every 10 actual trading days.

Note: A trading day is defined as a day where a position is opened and closed on the same calendar day. Only these days count toward your 10-day reward cycle.

Reward Split Structure

Ultra Sim Brokerage Account traders keep 100% of their eligible rewards. There is no profit split with Halcyon Trader Funding for Ultra Sim Brokerage Account holders, provided the trader maintains an active subscription.

Reward Payout Limits

To ensure a fair and scalable system, Ultra Sim Brokerage Account rewards are subject to the following withdrawal limits:

Reward Number Maximum Reward Amount
Rewards 1–4 $5,000 per reward
5th Reward and Beyond $20,000 per reward

Halcyon Trader Funding reserves the right to transition traders into our Live Trader Training Program at any time. Traders may continue to take payouts as designated by the program’s structure, which serves as the final step before moving to a Live Brokerage Account. Live brokerage reward policies will apply upon transition. There is a total cap of $60,000 in simulated rewards per user/trader. Once this cap is reached, the trader will be removed from our simulated trading system.

Important Rules – Ultra Sim Brokerage Accounts

Trade Size Stability & Anti-Manipulation Policy
To preserve the integrity of the program, Halcyon strictly prohibits trade size manipulation—including "flipping" trades or significantly reducing trade size solely to qualify for a reward or meet a trading day requirement.

Traders are required to maintain consistent trade size relative to what was used during their Ultra Account evaluation phase.

Example: If you qualified using 30 mini contracts, reducing to 10, 5, or 1 mini contract without a valid trading rationale will be considered a violation.

Violations May Result In:

  • Account suspension

  • Account termination

Halcyon reserves the right to determine whether trading behavior constitutes manipulation. A trade size reduction exceeding 40% may trigger review and disciplinary action.

Violation Potential Consequence
Trade size reduction >40% May be flagged for review
Repeated or intentional violations Suspension or termination

Bottom line: Halcyon supports disciplined, consistent traders—not those who alter position size solely to meet reward eligibility thresholds.
