Reward Eligibility and Withdrawal Conditions

To request a reward from a Halcyon Lite Reward Account, traders must maintain a balance that exceeds the trailing drawdown.

  • Withdrawals are only available when the account balance exceeds the respective minimum.
  • Traders are not permitted to withdraw inside the buffer. Any withdrawal request submitted while a trader is within the buffer — or any request where the amount would cause the balance to enter the buffer — will be marked as invalid.

Reward Policy

1. Minimum Requirements

  • The trading account must be above the minimum profit buffer to request a reward.

  • Traders must complete 8 full trading days before submitting the first reward request.

  • All subsequent reward requests must also meet the profit buffer and 8-trading-day requirements.

2. Reward Frequency

  • One reward request is permitted every 8 trading days.

  • A trading day is defined as a day where at least one position is both opened and closed.

  • Inactive or partial days do not count toward the 8-day requirement.

3. Profit Split

  • Trader Share: 90% of the approved reward amount

  • Halcyon Trader Funding: 10%

  • Reward caps apply per request, per account.

  • Minimum Reward Amount: $250
    Each reward request must be at least $250 to ensure efficient processing and maintain system integrity.

Reward Processing Policy

The faster you complete the required verification for RiseWorks, the quicker the process will be. You may continue trading your account after submitting a reward request. Reward requests are processed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and can take 5 business days to complete. We make every effort to keep reward processing as efficient as possible, and the status of your request will be updated throughout the review period. 

A reward is not considered fully processed until it is marked as “Completed.” Until that time, you must maintain all required account conditions. If, during the processing period, your account falls below required buffers, the account balance is reduced below the minimum needed for the requested reward amount, or the account is failed, the reward request will be marked as Invalid.

Please ensure sufficient funds and compliance with all account rules are maintained at all times until the reward request is marked as Completed.
