Reward Eligibility and Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible to request a reward from a Halcyon Prime Reward Account, traders must maintain an account balance that exceeds the applicable End of Day (EOD) Drawdown and required Buffer and remain in compliance with all applicable program rules and reward eligibility requirements.

Reward requests are only permitted when the account balance exceeds the applicable Minimum Withdrawal Balance. Traders may not request rewards that utilize any portion of the required Buffer. Any reward request submitted while the account is within the Buffer, or any request that would cause the account balance to fall within the Buffer, will be deemed invalid.

All reward requests are final upon submission and may not be canceled, modified, or withdrawn.

Reward Policy

1. Minimum Requirements

The account must be above the required Buffer to request a reward.

Traders must complete eight (8) trading days before submitting their first reward request. Six (6) of these eight (8) trading days must meet or exceed the applicable Minimum Daily Profit Requirement.

A trading day is defined as any trading day in which at least one position is opened and closed.

2. Consistency Requirement (40% Rule)

To promote consistent and sustainable performance, Halcyon Prime Reward Accounts are subject to a 40% Consistency Rule. No single trading day’s profit may exceed 40% of total profits earned during the qualifying period. If a single trading day exceeds the 40% threshold, the trader must continue trading until the total profit base increases sufficiently to restore compliance.

Example:

If total profits equal $10,000, no single trading day may exceed $4,000.
If one trading day generates $5,000, additional trading is required until total profits reach at least $12,500, at which point $5,000 represents 40% of total profits.

Exceeding the 40% threshold does not result in disqualification. Additional trading is required until the consistency requirement is satisfied.

3. Reward Frequency

One reward request is permitted every eight (8) qualifying trading days. After each approved reward, all qualifying trading days reset to zero. Traders must complete eight (8) new qualifying trading days before submitting another reward request.

All reward requests must satisfy the Buffer requirement, the eight (8) trading day requirement, six (6) qualifying trading days meeting the Minimum Daily Profit Requirement, and the 40% Consistency Rule.

4. Profit Split

  • Trader Share: 90%
  • Halcyon Trader Funding Share: 10%

5. Reward Caps and Limits

Traders may request up to 50% of profits earned above the required Buffer, subject to the maximum reward limits below.

Reward caps apply per request, per account, and are subject to all eligibility requirements and program rules.

Minimum Reward Amount

The minimum reward request amount is $250.

Maximum Number of Rewards

Each Halcyon Prime Reward Account is eligible for a maximum of five (5) approved reward requests. After the fifth approved reward request, the account may be reviewed for eligibility to transition into the TLT Program or a Live Brokerage Account.

Reward Processing Policy

The faster you complete the required verification for RiseWorks, the quicker the process will be. You may continue trading your account after submitting a reward request. Reward requests are processed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and can take up to 3 business days to complete. We make every effort to keep reward processing as efficient as possible, and the status of your request will be updated throughout the review period.

A reward is not considered fully processed until it is marked as “Completed.” Until that time, you must maintain all required account conditions. If, during the processing period, your account falls below required buffers, the account balance is reduced below the minimum needed for the requested reward amount, or the account is failed, the reward request will be marked as invalid.

Please ensure sufficient funds and compliance with all account rules are maintained at all times until the reward request is marked as Completed.
